My journey into the world of baking began with a childhood filled with creativity and a natural knack for experimentation. Even as a young girl, I found myself drawn to the kitchen, eager to explore the endless possibilities that lay within the world of baking.
I remember flipping through the newspaper pages, searching for that perfect cake recipe to try out. It was like a treasure hunt, finding hidden gems among the headlines. As I grew older, my passion for creativity only intensified, leading me to pursue a degree in Mass Communication. However, despite my academic pursuits, I soon realised that my true calling lay elsewhere. While my education provided valuable skills and knowledge, I couldn’t ignore the pull I felt towards the world of baking.
Gradually, I came to understand that Mass Communication was not my cup of tea, and that my heart belonged in the kitchen, where I could unleash my creativity and passion to create something truly magical. Armed with this newfound clarity, I embarked on a journey to pursue my lifelong passion for baking. With determination and a relentless pursuit of excellence, I honed my skills, experimenting with flavours, textures, and techniques to create cakes that not only looked stunning but also tasted divine.
Behind every successful person lies a story of unwavering support, and I am blessed to have the most incredible people by my side. My husband, Anup Ghosh, has been my rock from the very beginning, encouraging me to pursue my passion for baking and believing in my dreams even when I doubted myself. His endless love, patience, and belief in me have been the driving force behind every sweet success.
And my dear son, Shivom Ghosh, his boundless enthusiasm and unwavering faith in my abilities inspire me every day to reach for the stars. I'm pretty pretty late to post this much earned review, however, I am here now to appreciate the effort and the superb service I received from Moni's Tempting Cakes. I ordered a red velvet cake from this amazing place which was a last minute order for the anniversary party of my sister and brother-in-law. I was really awestruck by the response that the Chef (Moni Di) gave and much more than I was taken by awe by the cake that was delivered. It was not only customised to include all that I asked for but it was made with so much love. She really understood the importance of the day and in order to prevent anything which might go wrong, she delivered the cake in person. Genuinely, I can't thank her enough for the hospitality that I received. I highly recommend the cakes and I am always coming back to this place for all my future orders. Thank you so much Moni Di.
